Hildewintera colademononis (Diers & Krahn) Mottram

Hildewintera colademononis (Diers & Krahn) Mottram is a plant of the Cactaceae family, native to Santa Cruz Province in Bolivia. It grows on steep sandstone. The Monkey Tail Pillar has a unique shape. The slender white hairy pillar resembles a monkey’s tail. It blooms continuously in summer and autumn. It is an ideal hanging potted plant for home cultivation.

In the process of taking care of it, we need to always pay attention to whether the living space of the monkey tail pillar is enough. After it occupies more than half of the flower pot, we have to choose the spring and autumn stages to divide the plant and change the potting soil, and transplant it to a larger Youlite plant pot. In flower pots, or transplant some of them, so that there are not too many monkey tail columns in each flower pot and they will gradually decline.
