Asparagus

Asparagus is a perennial semi-trailing herb. It has long oval fleshy roots, the stems are clustered and drooping, the base is lignified, smooth and branched, up to 1 meter long. The leafy branches are linear and clustered; the flowers are light red and fragrant; the berries are bright red and mature in October-November. It likes to grow on hillsides, roadsides, wasteland or under sparse forests.

The lush green branches and leaves and the bright red spherical fruit constitute the unique ornamental value of asparagus. Potted plants can be used for viewing leaves and fruits in halls and venues, and can also be cut from tender green and colorful branches as matching materials for flower arrangements.
